Very delicious wings and an enormous portion of Mac and cheese! $1 wings on Wednesday. I ate this at Fuel & Iron and they waited on us! This is shocking as this is in a food court but bussed our tables and checked on us multiple times! Great service. Food is made-to-order so always fresh.

While attending a softball tournament out of state in Colorado, we stumbled upon a popular food truck surrounded by a crowd of people. Intrigued, we stopped to peruse the menu. My daughter and her some of her teammates, still in uniform, caught the attention of the charismatic person, Steve, who engaged us in friendly conversation - inquiring about our hometown and tournament results. His warm, humorous demeanor was amazing. The food itself was exceptional, and we enthusiastically recommended the truck to other parents, many of whom visited later that day. That evening, the group raved about their enjoyable experience, remarking on the clear passion and dedication of the staff. The energy and enthusiasm of the food truck crew was palpable and infectious, making it a memorable highlight of our tournament trip. We hope next year when we return, we can look up this amazing Food Truck!

Ordered the chicken strip box. The chicken strips were good and so were the fries BUT the peach habanero sauce made everything next level!! Delicious!
